Privacy Policy and Personal Data Processing

Note. This is an English translation of the Russian-language Privacy Policy that governs kazankin.com. The site is operated from Russia and personal data is processed under Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data". 1. General provisions

This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out how personal data of users of https://kazankin.com/ (the "Site") is processed and protected.

The Policy is drafted in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" of 27 July 2006 (as amended by Federal Law No. 266-FZ of 14 July 2022).

2. Categories of data subjects and personal data

The controller processes personal data of the following categories of subjects: prospective and existing clients, Site visitors, business partners and counterparties.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, the following data may be processed:

The controller does not process special categories of personal data (data on racial or ethnic origin, political views, religious beliefs, health status, etc.) or biometric data. Personal data of minors is not processed.

3. Purposes and legal grounds for processing

Personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  1. Handling inquiries and communication – responding to requests, consultations, correspondence initiated by the user. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ).
  2. Performance of a contract – preparing, concluding and performing service agreements. Legal basis: necessity for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(5) of 152-FZ).
  3. Providing information about services – informing about terms, prices, results of work. Legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(1) of 152-FZ).
  4. Analyzing use of the Site – improving content, navigation and user experience. Legal basis: legitimate interests of the controller (Art. 6(1)(7) of 152-FZ).
  5. Compliance with legal requirements – fulfilling obligations under the laws of the Russian Federation. Legal basis: fulfillment of the controller's statutory duties (Art. 6(1)(2) of 152-FZ).

4. Actions performed with personal data

The controller performs the following actions with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), retrieval, use, transfer (in cases provided for by this Policy), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction.

Processing is carried out both with and without automation tools. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel of the controller, to the extent necessary to perform their duties.

5. Processing and storage periods

Personal data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, unless otherwise required by law:

6. Disclosure to third parties

The controller does not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure is only possible in the following cases:

  1. Web analytics services – Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, Microsoft Bing Webmaster Tools. These services receive technical data about visits to the Site (IP address, on-site actions, browser parameters) solely for statistical analysis. Each service's own privacy policy governs its data processing.
  2. Hosting and infrastructure – technical data may be processed on the servers of providers that operate the Site.
  3. Legal requirements – in cases expressly provided for by the laws of the Russian Federation, at the request of authorized government bodies.

Any third party receiving data is required to maintain confidentiality and process it solely for the stated purposes.

The Site uses cookies – small text files stored by the browser on the user's device. Cookies are used to ensure the Site functions correctly, to analyze traffic and to improve user experience.

However, when the above web analytics services are used, some technical data (in particular, IP address and browser parameters) may be processed on the servers of those services. The terms and geography of such processing are governed by the respective services' own privacy policies.

The controller does not carry out targeted cross-border transfer of personal data submitted by users through inquiries and contact forms.

9. Security measures

The controller takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction (Art. 19 of 152-FZ). In particular:

10. Rights of the data subject

Under Articles 14–17 and 21 of 152-FZ, you have the right to:

  1. Receive information about the processing of your personal data – the list of data, purposes, timeframes, sources of collection;
  2. Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate;
  3. Request blocking of processing if there are grounds to believe the data is being processed unlawfully;
  4. Request deletion of personal data if it was obtained unlawfully, has achieved the purpose of processing, or is no longer needed for that purpose;
  5. Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data. Withdrawal is made by sending a written notice to the controller. The controller stops processing within 30 days of receiving the notice. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal;
  6. Appeal actions or omissions of the controller to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor): rkn.gov.ru.

11. Updates to this Policy

Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
